Mary Der-Parseghian can’t remember a time when she didn’t want to be a lawyer. With that goal in mind as an undergraduate Business major, she concentrated on developing her organizational and analytical skills. Ms. Der-Parseghian worked as a Legal Secretary as she completed undergraduate work and applied for law school. Once in law school, she applied that background and experience to distinguish her as one of a few selected students to participate in the SCALE program at Southwestern University School of Law, also known as Southwestern’s Conceptual Approach to Legal Education, the only accredited two-year law school program in the country. After obtaining her Juris Doctorate degree, she returned to working with Ara Aroustamian as an Associate at the Firm.
